  BESIDES they caused damage to my front end moving the car around and damage to the shifter due to forcing it out of park since the key was missing.

  Just purchased my 2013 Kia Optima with them. Never had a smoother car purchase than this one. The salesman was amazing, even drove to my home 2 hours away twice to finish signing paperwork so I didn't have to drive back. Had my new vehicle the next day. I will definitely be returning later on for my SUV ♡♡♡

  Countless times since I was a Chevy guy most of work is done there. Always a problem leaving something undone or doing things not requested or necessary. Yesterday on 2/14/18 I went to pick it up. Brand new batteries were dead, hood was latched externally and the serpentine belt was off. Where it is, I don’t have a clue. The one star rating for my middle finger waving at them good bye. Never again in this life time!!!

  To top it all off I received a bill in the mail for $180.14 for a diagnosis that I never asked for besides threatening me that the bill will be turned over to collections by a text message.
